About me
I have over 15 years of experience in branding, employer branding, marketing and communication.
From NGOs to startups
and corporations.
With tangible results, in projects built from scratch.
SmartDreamers where I was a co-founder, attracted investments of over 3 million euros.
This is how it became a successful startup with international exposure and contracts with global clients at a group level, such as UiPath, Renault, Siemens, Genpact, L’Oreal, Eaton, Kaufland, and more.
I created the SmartDreamers brand from scratch, starting with the name and logo.
At E.ON, I led and implemented national-level employer branding operations.
I increased the positive exposure of the employer brand.
Which led to an increase in the number of applicants and the quality of individuals attracted, ranging from complex job roles to trainee / graduate programs.
I conducted specific campaigns, successfully filling challenging positions to recruit.
For example, the 40 programmers recruited for E.ON Software Development for the new division in Iași.
